At CelestiFlow, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to feel complete joy and peace when wearing your jewellery. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@celestiflow.co with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with instructions for posting your item back safely.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us.
